The article discusses how school leaders can align resources, such as 'money' resources and people resources. This research driven article discusses how strategic and coherent use of resources can drive the instructional leadership component of the principalship. Although differing in their some of their views, most of the experts cited in the article all agree on how resources need to be strategically, coherently and purposefully distributed to ensure schools and school systems function at their optimum levels of performance.
